Clean and Comfortable
Check in was a slow process. Attendant was on the phone making a reservation over ten minutes and kept talking. One other person was trying to check in also. That’s a long wait when you’ve been driving all day and are exhausted.

My family had to make a last minute reservation and we were accommodated. I love that they don’t have a crazy high incidental fee like other places. My kids loved the room and the continental breakfast was enough to get our day started. Room was under $100 so no complaints here.

Its out dated dust and mold . We literally transferred to 3-4 different rooms we only stayed because it was getting late and was tired 😫 But this facility needs serious cleaning and upgrades. Oh and i forgot tv aint work . Just terrible experience wouldnt recommend to anyone

Hookers, pimmps and their clients coming and going. Noises from the hooking rooms had us trying to explain to our SCHOOL AGED children what they were without giving them the real story. No maid service for 3 days so I finally had to ask for at least clean towels by the 4th day.

We do not tolerate such behavior. Regarding room service, this is correct we do not offer room service to stay over rooms on Saturdays and Sundays. Thankfully our front desk is staffed 24 hrs. a day to be able to give you anything you may need or request for your room. We hope your next visit to the Jessup, MD area is a better one. Take care.

Poor Customer Service
The staff was rude. The front desk clerk was cleaning when I entered the lobby. He continued to clean while I stood there waiting. After about 2 minutes, he says I will be with you in a minute. He continued to clean then left the lobby. A few minutes later a woman comes and asks if she can help me. She wasn’t pleasant. I was asked to pay a $100 incidental fee. That was not explained prior to my stay. No other Sleep Inn has asked me for a deposit. The room I was given had two microwaves. One was unplugged. The tiles in the bathroom were broken which made the floor uneven. The linens were dingy. I will not return to this location again.

The hotel from 1985
Although the customer service was good, it seems like they have nothing updated. Considering how the world works now the rooms are very dated. I can deal with the basics but you can see chipping on the walls, wallpaper peeling and the actual toilet looks like it was never changed from 1980s. I try to give hotels the benefit of the doubt but I was very disappointed. They didn’t try at all with updates. No room service on weekends. And although I had a nonsmoking room one room down I smelled smoke, hallway very smoky. I would not recommended.

I booked two room one king and queen double bed. The first 219 room smelled like cigarettes and someone use the bathroom and didn’t flush the toilet this was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. I complained they moved my father to room 222 this room was just as bad the toilet was leaking water on the floor and the actual toilet seat underneath was soiled with feces. I complained again I was told that there was no room available but, there would be a room later in the day. My father had belongings to my room while we attended a funeral. When we returned later in the day he was placed in room 217 which was better than the two previous rooms. I told the manager for the inconveniences she should remove the first night. She refused and said she would compensate by taking $25.00 off the room but then add additional charges so in fact nothing was taken off the room. This is the worst customer service I have ever had from a hotel. I would not recommend the place.

The hotel did everything in our able abilities to accommodate you and your family during your stay with us. The hotel was sold out the weekend of your stay. Hence the delay in getting your family member into another room right away. i am happy to learn your family was comfortable in the room given. The room given with maintenance issues was addressed the same day you informed the front desk. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Finally, as shown at check out time the billing issue was indeed corrected. However, we would still like to extend our apologies and wish you the best.
