House was fairly clean minus the long strands of hair on the bathroom floor down stairs. It served its purpose and beat being in a cramped hotel room . My family and I were comfortable so I guess it was great. The hot water did stop working our last night, which made showering check out morning an adventure. We got thru it though.

I would actually give this house a 4 stars because it is well maintained, extremely clean, air conditioned throughout and it worked very well for our group of 4 adults and 3 young kids. My only negative is that the kitchen is not as well stocked as I expected & would have liked. The coffee maker was only for 5 cups, there was only 1 9-inch frypan, very few pots & tools. On the plus side, there was a good size refrigerator with ice maker (very nice!), a dish washer which we never used, an electric quick boil water pot and a 4-piece toaster oven that worked well. If you don’t need to cook at all, the place is fine and a good price for the space, number of bedrooms, etc, but I just thought it would be good to give a heads up for those who plan to cook.

The main kitchen was in the basement and another was on the second floor. Neither had any good knives for cooking, nor was there a corkscrew-I left one there! No instructions in what was expected to be cleaned were received so we took out the garbage and cleaned the dishes but didn’t strip the beds. There is no recycling in the Baltimore area apparently, according to a neighbour, so everything was put in the garbage cans. Air conditioners worked well which was good since the temperature was over 90 on three of the four days we stayed. Quiet location but a little far from groceries. Close enough to a great coffee shop called Atwater’s though. One problem with the front door that is on the attached photos. The door must have been opened to far by a person or maybe the wind while we were away. No preventing chain or cable device was on the door.
