“A beautiful hotel in central Luang Prabang. The courtyard is an absolutely wonderful place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or an afternoon respite. The family that operates the hotel is gracious while at the same time efficient. Very clean and very quiet. I slept well every night. ”

The hotel prepared a breakfast each morning with eggs but local pho was available. Additionally the coffee saffron was excellent. “Baan Pila is owned by two French women. One of the owners is a partner in a restaurant we recommend called Bouang. They are located walking distance to the night market. We enjoyed the mango room. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed using the free bikes available to explore the town. ”
