“We had an amazing stay at this villa in Jamaica! The communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was great to meet the owner who even let us take a few plant cuttings for our home. Chris the caretaker was fantastic too — he looked after us really well throughout our stay and made everything easy. The other property was rundown and smile like its been locked up for months, as soon as we walked in we received damaged furniture, roaches in the bathtub and the ac or hot water didn't work we try to communicate it and the host didn't respond until the day of check out to tell us we will not be getting out security deposit back that we had...
