“Such a nice stay at windfall Villas, Mel was great and always able to get us to anywhere at almost anytime we needed. It was beautiful and peaceful at the property. Would highly recommend to anyone checking out Montego Bay. Think twice begore trying drive here. In my opinion this is one dangerous place to drive unless you’ve driven here before. “TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep..”

" I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging. The property also offers the possibility to book organized or private tours and has an on-site taxi service, which was very practical. The security service was excellent too, making me feel safe at all times. A special thank you to Rinalda from Chukka and Alexia at the reception for their professionalism and kindness: they truly made my holiday even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, good organization, and a welcoming atmosphere in Jamaica. 🌴✨"
