“The pillow had a noticeable odor from a previous guest, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns on both cleanliness and the hotel’s standards. This falls below what guests should reasonably expect. The hotel needs to be more diligent and transparent in replacing bed sheets and pillowcases for each new guest.
Additionally, the room was left in service with a cracked mirror, which further reflects poor maintenance and a lack of attention to guest safety and quality.”

“Cose positive: letto comodo, camera spaziosa a 10 minuti dal grande supermercato Central, nelle vicinanze ci sono molti locali con musica dal vivo, la colazione non l'ho fatta e non posso giudicare.
Note negative : Aria condizionata troppo fredda anche se marca 30 g (ma non lo sono) e non di può aumentare, poca luce nel bagno e per fare la barba non è il massimo, non c'è la doccia ma la vasca bagno e senza una protezione per l'acqua si bagna tutto il pavimento, ho trovato nell'armadio un...
