“Everyone was wonderful! I had a broken shoulder when I stayed here and they were so helpful!”

“The resort property is very nice. My compliments to the reception staff as they are absolutely excellent. Kind, attentive and highly professional. I was welcomed with great attitudes and smiles. I felt happy upon checking in. There were no issues and they were there to happily help with anything I might want or ask. I received a room upgrade to an ocean view king room and the view was terrific. I highly reccomend a stay at New World Hotel.”

“The Hotel was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious on the terrace over the pool. We truly appreciated the manager, Lily, who was helpful, friendly and approachable. The coffee shop has the best salted coffee ever!”

“Amazing little hotel. Staff are so helpful and go the extra mile for you. Loved having the pool right outside my bungalow which enabled me to get some sun and chill whilst my kids were taking their nap. WhatsApp customer service available 24/7. Very reasonably priced food and laundry services and they also do not have an issue with Grab being delivered which some hotels which is helpful as I did eat and drink a lot from the resort but sometimes my children just wanted a McDonald’s. “Excellent hotel ! Staff are very friendly and kind . Close to everything.”

“Personale cortese e disponibile.

“We learned in check in that we had been moved to one room (we had two booked). This wasn’t really a problem, except that room had a very odd bed layout and very few power points. The stay was good and the staff helpful. A little annoyingly helpful at times. Have meals at Mia’s Restaurant. A fantastic recommendation from the staff.”
