“Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

“The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day.”

“I booked this property based on reviews saying it was a 4.4 out of 5. Not even close to that. One of our rooms had an awful chemical smell so we had to get a different one. The rooms themselves appeared clean but the floors were filthy. The main areas were dirty and the breakfast underwhelming. We had to leave a day early as I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. The staff and manager were accommodating and comped the second night. I've never had an experience like that before and...

The lady who helped us was super nice and very attentive. Overall we enjoyed staying there. Is a great place for families with small children”
