“I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your esteemed establishment, the Amari Hotel. Firstly, hands up to your breakfast buffet spread. Daily change in the Asian cuisine menu. Accessible to good eateries and stone throw away to shopping malls. I would like to commend the excellent functioning of the air conditioning system. “I feel sad the TV was very bad watch the image was like ghost and double picture and sound was terrible and they change to high level it was worse and remain the same level by watch with the Hp show also the shower was terrible to bath the water running near to the tap and ball touch to the tap.”

“Staff were friendly and very helpful. They even allowed for an early check-in when the room was fully prepared! That being said, compared to my last stay, the shortcomings were more obvious. The safe box in the room was not functioning and the air-conditioning was not as cold as it should be(my friend's room was ice cold to the point of condensation on the windows). “We got the grand room and the room given was the last room available when we check in - corner & low floor. Upon entering, the room was so warm, it was already 9pm. The aircon does produce cold wind but several hours later the room is still warm and won’t stay cold despite the biggest fan speed and lowest temperature. Was sweating in the middle of the night.”
