Guests enjoy easy access to Bandera’s cowboy culture, Kerrville’s shopping and dining, nearby state parks, and protected natural areas — all while returning each evening to a peaceful hilltop setting designed for relaxation and connection.



Expansive covered patios wrap the home, with nearly all glass doors opening fully to create seamless indoor–outdoor living. An outdoor fireplace anchors the main patio, while the swimming pool overlook miles of rolling Hill Country terrain. Ambient lighting throughout the home and outdoor spaces creates a warm, inviting atmosphere from sunset through the evening.



Inside, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and walls of glass frame a spacious living area featuring a massive statement fireplace and large-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen and dedicated butler’s kitchen make group meals effortless, while two dining tables provide flexible seating for gatherings.



The primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool. A second king suite opens to a private outdoor seating area, a third queen suite offers a private en-suite bath, and a fourth flex bedroom/office provides additional sleeping and workspace options. Two bathrooms feature oversized glass showers with Hill Country views.
