Loved walking on the beach from private access stairs, gazing out the huge picture windows, enjoying family time in large living room and resting in the nicely appointed bedrooms. Simply ideal.”

“This home is very spacious. Nice big living room, kitchen, and dining area. The dogs loved the fenced back yard! The back yard is huge. It's location is perfect. Easy to find and close to everything. A really nice quiet neighborhood. Large grocery store down the street. The casino is not far and lots of places to eat. I recommend the Wildflour restaurant, their food is excellent. Enjoyed this home and would stay there again!”

“Fun location, near shopping and the bay! Nice backyard, although quite a bit of dog poo but that’s not the fault of the property owner. My awesome husband got it all picked up though. We had a wonderful time!!! Don’t miss out on this little gem of a home!”

“This is our second time staying at Jack's place and I'm sure it will not be our last. We love how close to beach access it is. We also love the sun room and the dining room area. The kitchen is full of everything you would need. It is very kid friendly with lots of games and puzzles. We loved the addition of the I spy table and the little wooden pinball machine. It was pretty rainy during our stay so it was nice to have things to do inside the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Beautiful place and so easy to get to. This super comfortable home has everything you could need for a home away from home. Super clean and comfy. The backyard was an unexpected Disney-like experience with deer and birds. Baby fawns hopping around and playing. LOVED my stay here. Hope to be back and bring my family next time.”

Fire pit is always a nighttime favorite spot to gather and retell the activities of the day. Always room for everyone to take in a meal together and big improvements to what already a great kitchen. “Our stay was very nice. The guest house was sparkling clean and well outfitted. The neighbourhood was quiet and private. There is much to do in the area as it’s very close to beaches and many trails.”

“First thing to note is there is only 1 working shower. The pictures are incorrect. The upstairs shower head is capped off due to a leak causing damage to master bedroom below on main level. The bathtubs are fine, but use up all the hot water, so plan accordingly. Looking back at the reviews this has been an issue since Dec 14, 2023. Luckily, my family is flexible and goes with the flow. “The location of the property is awesome. It's on the river and right down the street from the hatchery which is a popular drop in spot for fishing on the Elk River. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking tools and utensils you need. Great place to stay.”
