L'accesso alla spiaggia dal tranquillo molo sud è a pochi passi da questa casa, e le comodità in città sono solo a breve distanza in auto o tranquillamente a piedi lungo la strada. Il golf famoso in tutto il mondo a Bandon Dunes si trova a breve distanza dall'autostrada 101 e ci sono molte aree escursionistiche e panoramiche a breve distanza.

Great stay in a great town - Housing for 4 adults and 2 dogs

Very spacious property for our group with everything you need. The massive table and countertops made cooking easy. We appreciated the clam knife stocked in the kitchen.There was plenty of towels in the house, though the ones in the upstairs bedroom had a musty smell to them - not sure if it's because the house can get damp or the there are so many towels, not all of them get washed regularly.Also in the upstairs bedroom, one of the blinds is jammed and only closed halfway, making it hard to sleep in on a sunny day.There are many light switches scattered across the living room/kitchen area. It will be helpful to have visible labels because it took our group a few minutes to find them behind the appliances.While the kitchen was well-stocked, we found it to be very budget friendly...notably the knives were not sharp, paper towels were not very absorbent, and the dishwashing gel made it really hard to get the suds you need to clean your dishes well. Please upgrade!Aside from all the critiques, we really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the price for a house this large and only a 5 minute walk from a dog-friendly beach.

A great little house with almost everything we needed.

We stayed here two nights during our road trip. Pros: spacious living room and kitchen, laundry room, great showers, a quick walk to the beach.Cons: missing a few kitchen supplies we needed (foul, plastic wrap, or something similar), upstairs bedroom was missing screens and the picture window blinds did not fully go down. We traveled with our four children aged 7-12 and we all slept comfortably on the various futons and beds. We would absolutely stay here again and we were sad to leave so soon.

Gorgeous location, sweet place, a couple challenges

This place is great, and exactly as described. I went with a colleague to get a week of work and to do a beach photo shoot, and while it was blustery cold and windy on Saturday, we lucked out with gorgeous light for beach time on Sunday. Check-in was easy, and the price was right. The only two annoyances, which hopefully have been resolved since: 1) When we arrived we saw clearly the kitchen sink was in the middle of being serviced, the cabinet doors open, and everything that usually goes under a sink, out on the floor. No big deal. But then on Saturday morning, while we were in our robes and drinking coffee, a guy pounded on the door, saying he was there to fix the sink. And seemed to think we were about to check out, when we actually had another 24 hours left. We asked him if he could come back after our stay, as the sink was working well enough. He agreed.2) And then--the smoke alarms went off--twice, apparently provoked by steam from the shower? We dismantled them, but the sound was intense, & it was hard to get them down. Then we got a text message from Vacasa saying they had gotten complaints from neighbors about excess noise coming from our rental? The only thing we could think of was the smoke alarms? We were literally silent in there... as quiet as any guests could be. SO these were minor annoyances, but notable. I recommend an 11 AM or 12 pm check out time. 4 pm check in and 10 am check out doesn't give a lot of time.

Damp week

Overall it was fine, the large living area is nice. There was a leak in the roof into one of the bedrooms which made the room feel cold and woke to condensation over everything. Couldn’t get the wood stove to light, and the heat never really warmed. Luckily we were prepared for rain and had layers.

Location was fantastic! Beautiful walk to the beach. Lots of dinning area, easy to enter home ramp in the back made it convenient for my elderly mother. Nice walk in shower also helpful for mom. We really enjoyed our stay

Beach house

All in all a great place to stay. Close to the beach and old town. Large great room that would be wonderful for a crowd. The place just felt a little shabby with old slip covers and worn soft coffee table. We couldn’t get the TV to work but we were able to use an old VCR Lots of old movies were available. Kind of fun.

Location good, communication can be better

The property grew on us as the weekend went along. Beware however, the mermaid owners/managers are building a house next door. We had workers arrive at 6:25 on a Saturday morning to install garage doors waking us all up way too early on our vacation. The windows were also all dirty so you can’t see much and the heating/cooling system didn’t work, only a handful of windows has screens to allow us to let the air in (and ensure no bugs). The house overall has good space and is a short walk to the amazing beach and “stacks” as well as a short walk to the town center.

Madison Street stay

Nice and clean and good location. Advertised as three beds there was only two bedrooms. There was a third bed but it was not sleepable. Very poor living room furniture very uncomfortable. No firewood was available as advertised. A $300 rebate would be appropriate.

Door code did not work, on hold 20 minutes to resolve. TV did not work. Not very clean, needs interior paint. Two of three main area heaters did not work. Slept four comfortably, not eight as advertised. Submitted a previous review saying the same things and asked for partial refund!!

Cozy and comfortable, but dated

Overall clean and comfortable, but the furniture is dated (think 1990s). Also there were several items that were worn or broken. For instance, carpet stains, torn rugs, the telescope was broken and many of the blinds didn't work very well. We would probably go back, but it wasn't as nice as the photos made it look.

Nice location, clean home, well stocked

Lovely home, nice location, very short walk to the beach. Lots of space to spread out. The beds are fair, pillows are very flat, and the futon and couch are a little rough. Everything is there for you but it might be time to do some upgrades to the furniture. The lock box for the key is horrible. I had to call to get help to get in. Luckily the manager came in about 10-15 minutes to assist.

Oregon beach headquarters

We stayed in this home for 1 week and hiked along the Oregon coast every day. The home is a block from the Bandon beach and visible from the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen has the basic essentials, but lacked several items. Communication with Vacasa to ask for a few items was difficult. And produced mediocre results.
