“We stayed in the suite with two separate bedroom areas and a kitchen in between. It's older property and long overdue for renovation which doesn't bother me but might bother some. There are no blackout curtains and the curtains barely covered the window so it's very bright in the morning. The staff tried to be helpful but when my neighbors were repeatedly noisy starting at 10:45 p.m. it took a lot of prompting for the front desk to ask them to be quiet. For three nights in a row.”

“Great stay for a getaway”

“Towels were not provided, which made it impossible to shower during my stay. A 4pm check-in is also not reasonable given the cost structure. This is not a nightly rate—you are effectively paying hourly. I checked in at 4pm as required and left at 5am, resulting in a 13-hour stay that did not reflect the price paid. In my view, the latest check-in should be 2pm, and basic amenities such as towels should be provided as a standard requirement anywhere in the world.”

“Struttura meravigliosa, quasi un villaggio a parte non molto distante a piedi dal centro di Banff. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare...

“The rooms were modern and clean. The complimentary coffee service was nice. The fridge was nice to have, but there was no microwave, which is usually a standard feature. The mattresses were also too stiff for my liking. However, the restaurant on site was very nice and the food was delicious. The location was very good and made it easy to get to points of interest.”

“Great location with beautiful views. Close to town but offer complimentary bus passes and the stop is right out front. Friendly staff, lots of free parking and spacious rooms. Would highly recommend.”

“It’s Banff it honestly speaks for itself. The Fox hotel though was amazing as always, the only thing I’d suggest is for when it’s the end of the day and you’re back in your room settling down id suggest bringing a chrome stick or something to stream Netflix or whatever platform because their TVs aren’t smart TVs.”
