“Enjoyed our stay! The hot pool was a great feature. Waiter staff and the front desk were friendly and helpful. We booked a king with a mountain view. Unlike the pitcures shown here, some of those rooms are blocked by a roof across from the room. ”

“Struttura meravigliosa, quasi un villaggio a parte non molto distante a piedi dal centro di Banff. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare...

“The property was great! The room was clean and quiet, and the staff fluffed it up daily while we were out hiking. The hot tub/pool area had a great ambiance with the lowered lighting at night and the smell of eucalyptus. The location of the lodge is great as it's right next to the center of town. It was easy to walk to restaurants, view the mountains, go to the historic Parks headquarters, etc. Although other reviewers mentioned difficulty in finding a parking space in the underground garage...

“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“We were here for our 35th wedding anniversary. As soon as the staff found out, they sent us a hand signed card and two bottles of champagne. Very nice! (Warning: We had to change rooms. The initial 'Orbitz/Expedia/Travelocity room was a dumpy broom closet. The new room was great!)”

“Very pretty interior, looks lux and very comfy beds and toilets. With good water pressure. Dishwasher pods are available - very thoughtful. Comes with complimentary bus shuttle tickets though we didn't use it. We really liked this accommodation and would highly recommend to friends and family. ”

“Staying at Moxy was so much fun! I liked that it had a more retro/ hip and fun vibe, made it stand out amongst the other places in the area. My boyfriend and his dad also thought it was a neat hotel. I especially enjoyed the heated pools. I spent an entire day in the jacuzzi doing work on my laptop and sitting by the pool, haha. At check in we were each given a free drink token! The rooms were very interesting too, instead of the usual bed next to bed layout they set it up so there way more...
