Resort con appartamenti a Banff

“The pool did not look very appealing, it was very dated. The hot tub was very small it was also unappealing and dated. The sidewalk outside of the hotel was under construction so there was noise from that. The buffet breakfast was very good. The jet tub in the room only had 2 jets working. The room was very clean and looked good.”

“Located in the city centre, near bus stops. Staff people were friendly and helped me in many occasions.”

“Great location on Banff Ave. With underground parking. Staff provided a much appreciated early check-in. Fine restaurant, friendly staff, good food, if a little expensive.”

“The receptionist is excellent.”

“The hotel was clean, great location, with friendly staff. The hot tub was closed all week for maintenance. The toilet leaked and filled every 10 minutes and maintenance didn’t fix it before I left. The bed was fairly saggy and the ventilation was very loud and could not be turned off so I slept very poorly each night. There was no hot water on the 3rd morning in the shower. I asked for more coffee pods after the first morning and they didn’t bring them. When I put the sign on the door for light...

“Eccellente hotel.

“Eccellente servizio!”

“Very easy check in process. Underground parkade is convenient.”

“Decent price for a good stay”

“Nice place but a bit overpriced for being not easy to reale by feet. Great restaurant!”
