“The room itself was adequate. But this property isn’t very nice. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The front desk is an afterthought next to a bar in a casino. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But the property was very dated and run down. ”

“The room appeared to be recently renovated and was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The bathroom was also a good size, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The carpet was in very good condition noticeably better than what I have experienced at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. “Both quick check out and Receptionist at the Front desk available in the early morning, not making it rather inconvenient. Not digital security “key” to the guest room, low quality physical lock was used, so someone could have made a copy of the key to enter the guest room. Kitchen utensils are limited, table and chairs are not in good quality. Faucet of the bathtub was leaking. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We didn’t use A/C, but noticed that A/C tubing was poorly installed.”
