“Despite asking for a king bed on a ground floor thru Expedia, my reservation turned into 2 queen beds on the third floor. As an older person who has mobility issues I was upset, especially as I learned the first floor rooms were all booked. Seeing my reaction, the front desk attendant went above and beyond to arrange for my desired room. All I had to do was wait in the lounge for 20 minutes while housekeeping got involved. Great room, even greater helpful staff.”

“Io ho passato solo una notte tornando da Yosemite e ho dormito nella suite. La camera era comoda, pulita e grande. La vasca idromassaggio direttamente nella stanza è stato il toccasana dopo una giornata in viaggio. Colazione un po’ scarsa ma è già tanto averla. Molto soddisfatta!”

“The service was exceptional. My wife and I had a couple of questions and they went above and beyond to answer them and to find us a good solution. No problems just things we hadnt planned for on our trip. The Hotel is clean and well run. I didnt have the morning breakfast but went down there and it was a good selection and well kept up. Clean and filled. We didnt have any issues with sound or commotion. We stayed on a Saturday night and our room was at the far end of one hallway/2nd floor. ”
