“Hotel molto comodo e camera molto grandi. Il Wi-Fi funziona perfettamente e il personale e molto gentile. Addirittura hanno lavatrice e asciugatrice per I client (a pagamento). La colazione buona ed abondante.”

“Clean room, wifi works, ample parking, nice stay overall, very pleased. AC can get pretty cold, but that's a perk if you like walk in refrigerators!”

“Our Garmin map gave us inaccurate directions but we found the hotel to be close to the freeway. Initial appearance at night was dark but we never felt unsafe. Staff was nice, are room opened directly to the parking lot and a large grassy area which are pup loved. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The outdoor pool was closed (April 6). The breakfast was basic, but we left early.”

“Nice size and comfortable rooms. The shower would not switch from the tub fosset fully and there was hair on bathroom floor. Front desk and breakfast staff are exellent ”

“Things looked really rundown, and there were no towels available because the pool towels weren’t being taken out of the rooms. Rooms weren’t being cleaned properly a lot more expensive than we thought since we thought we were getting the breakfast included it was not.”

“One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. I was not emailed any kind of receipt. I couldn’t use half the hotel services, but still had to pay full price!! Horrible stay. ”

“The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.”

“Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening. ”
