“Breakfast and sitting area was perfect. Spacious sitting and food as spread out for easy access.”

“Cheapest around for 6 hrs sleep. On the freeway. Saving grace was the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice. That part was clean which is all I really cared aboutAnd for that ok, pool and hot tub broke down, bath had lots of hair in the drain, you get what you pay for”

“Friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfast, quiet and peaceful. The spa was great”

“Staff was very nice. Definitely not your typical chain property. Ex: front desk staff was doing laundry when I checked in. Fridge had leftover food and garbages were not emptied. Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees. ”

“Room dirty. Bed saggy and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was advertised but was minimal. No coffee pot in room. Towels mismatched and worn. Pool was hard to access and despite the sign that said it opened at 6:00 AM. I was told it really didn’t open until 7:00 which made it impossible for me to use. Worst was the manager Gina Treat. She treated me very rudely. All other staff were pleasant and tried hard to be helpful. I wish I had their names. It must be difficult to work with a mean manager in...

“Great bed, great pillows, great shower. Just stayed one short night, but it was a very comfortable place to be.”

“We were just staying the night to go to the airport which was 2 minutes away. The hotel was nice and clean a was the room. I liked the different layout of the room. The odd thing was we had windows, but it opened to an inner hallway, so it was not a window that looked outside. There was a breakfast and pool, but we did not partake of either of those other than the free coffee. The bathroom was out of conditioner and bodywash, so I had to use the shampoo to wash my body.”

“We stayed for 2 nights. The location was convenient, quiet and close to downtown (with a car). The hotel had sufficient parking.The hotel was dog friendly. Breakfast had a variety of options. ”

“The Sparrow is in a great location and is clean and nice. It is a great value. It isn’t luxury but I will stay here again. The bed was so comfy and so were the pillows. I could hear people in the adjoining rooms a few times but overall it was great. ”

“The room was clean and nice, the contactless entry was nice. Our tv did not work at all however and would not connect to the network which was not great but overall it was fine”
