“Room was perfectly clean.”

“The lobby is most welcoming with the area behind the registration a mural displaying a plane on the runway departure. Breakfast was included. Coffee and Tea also available in the lobby seating area. A nice fire place outside to relax. The Hotel service team were very responsive. Our TV did not work upon arrival. They came immediately and knew what to do, given new S/W. Upon departure, I shared with the staff at the front desk my room observations i.e. sink not draining well and freezer...

“The room was filthy...cobwebs...carpet pulled away from the base boards. Dirty THIN throw for a bedspread. People are staying long term and I did not feel safe. No elevator...to get to the second floor you have to climb a big staircase. The air-conditioner/heater was missing the top cover. Just junky!! Never again!”

“The hotel was okay, definitely not the nicest Hampton Inn but it is by the airport. The staff were friendly. But nowhere do they mention that if you use a shuttle to the airport they charge you $20 per day to park your car at their hotel. Other hotels that I looked at with airport shuttles were upfront about the fact they had a fee for parking if you use the hotel shuttle. I probably would have booked another hotel with a lower parking fee or looked into parking at the airport if they had...

“We went there for our Anniversary. It was perfect. The staff was amazing. My only complaint was the bedspread. It smelled like stinky feet. I discussed it with the front desk. I told her I didn't want to make waves. She said she would take care of it. The breakfast was delicious. We both had fruit and yogurt. I also had the cinnamon roll and coffee. My husband had biscuits and gravy and coffee. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest room. I surprised my husband. He didn't know I had booked...

“The staff was excellent and the room was clean and convenient. I didn’t realize when booking that it was in an industrial area. The pillows were awful (like rocks), however the room was adequate for overnight. If you want a nice, safe, easy on the budget hotel, this is a good selection. Again, exceptional staff and breakfast had a good variety.”

“I had registered through expedia and thought I was all set but when we showed up they could not find my registration. Thankfully the staff was able to give me a room at about the same price than I had been quoted by Expedia. Otherwise the staff was all very helpful, the room was fine, but the breakfast left a bit to be desired with no truly sustaining food (all fast digesting carbs...).”
