“My flight out of Boise was canceled late at night. The booking and check-in process here was quick and easy. The young lady at the front desk was polite and very helpful. The only complaint I had is that when we went to our room, there was five police officers knocking on somebody’s door and I think that she should’ve told us and had to go sit in the lounge until that was taken care of. I felt like it was very scary position that we were in and luckily we got in our room.
