Hotel vicino a Bonneville Monument Park - Boise

“They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....

“The TV wasn’t working, the light switch wasn’t working, there was no soap around the sink area. Showerhead hits about shoulder high. Etc.”

“Breakfast was 2 choices a waffle or cereal. Pool and hot tub closed”

“The property is a little bit older, but the pricing is so favorable for us that the value was incredibly good. You can find a nicer place to stay, but add significantly more expense. The staff was attentive and responded to all of our questions and request very favorably. We would definitely come to this place again as long as the pricing remains similar to what it is right now.”

“There was a leak and all of our clothes got soaked. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that caused my husband to WHO HAS BREATHING/ LUNG ISSUES, to have an allergic reaction causing him to have labored breathing. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND STILL HAVE NOT.”

“This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Nothing spectacular but clean, breakfast was good, but the best part was the staff…everyone was super nice and super helpful. Location was very convenient.”

“Extreme noises in the hallway all night long. People talking, doors slamming. The bathroom really needs remodeling. Exposed pipes bathroom door did not work. The main door you could see the hallway around the edges, and the door locks wouldnt hold anyone from breaking in. You could smell pot being smoked as you walked the halls. All in all I will not return.”

“Parking was outstanding! Got up to catch an early flight...no breakfast. Very nice and clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“It was clean, the gentleman at the front desk had a great smile, was helpful and always greeted us coming and going. We stayed two nights and were pleasantly surprised that we didn't even have to ask for clean sheets or clean towels for the second night. We were gone all day and came back to a clean room and refreshed with coffee and coffee cups. We also noted how hard the women worked in the breakfast area. Washing down tables, counters and refreshing eggs, sausage, pastries,etc. Doing it...
