“The Room was very clean and I didn’t notice any major problems with any of the furnishings. The was very kind, courteous and had excellent customer service skills. The only problem was the ice machine wasn’t working and I have to have ice where I go and I have scoliosis so I like the hot tubs when I get a hotel and they’re pulling hot tub was out of order. The courtesy shuttle was exceptionally convenient with my four-year-old child. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Thanks for saving me & my family. ”

The only complaint I had is that when we went to our room, there was five police officers knocking on somebody’s door and I think that she should’ve told us and had to go sit in the lounge until that was taken care of. I felt like it was very scary position that we were in and luckily we got in our room.
