“I’ve stayed here twice now this year. The first time was great- no issues. This time a large chunk of paint/ drywall paper was falling off the ceiling in the bathroom, there was no hand soap or conditioner, the bed sheets were full of hair. I asked about hand soap and someone helped me locate some. At 9:00 pm when I discovered the hair, I texted and was directed to a closet down the hall to find clean sheets, but couldn’t so I was relocated to another room at 10:00 pm. The second room had...
