A convenient three-bedroom apartment in Barcelona city center is the perfect choice for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, in a quiet part of the Eixample area, close to the sightseeing points and within walking distance of all public transportation.

- Check-out before 11 AM
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights).
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check-in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighboring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfilled it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. There is a noise detector, which is NOT recording and its only function is to detect high levels of noise
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
