The apartment has an approximate surface area of 50 m² and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends. Its practical and functional layout makes the most of the space and ensures a comfortable stay.
It features two bedrooms: one double bedroom, perfect for relaxing, and a second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with split air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. The apartment also includes a full bathroom with a shower, offering a modern and comfortable space for daily use.
The living room is bright and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring the city. Please note the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
