   THE SPACE   
The house is located in Premià de Dalt, 30 minutes from Barcelona, and a location with stunning sea views. The house is arranged on two floors, it also has an upper terrace, a garden area, and a swimming pool area.
 
   FIRST FLOOR   On the first floor, we find the garage, the kitchen, the dining room, a large terrace, and a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a private bathroom.
 
KITCHEN: The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. In the middle, there is a counter with 2 stools, perfect for cooking or having breakfast while enjoying the views!
The kitchen has a smart fridge with an ice cube dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
 
DINING ROOM: The dining room is spacious and bright, and connects with the kitchen and the terrace. There is a comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a wooden dining table for 10 commensals. There is also a small play corner for the youngest members of the family, with a table, games, and 2 armchairs.
 
TERRACE: the terrace overlooks the private pool and the sea. It is bright and wide and is equipped with two hanging armchairs and a sofa. There are also two outdoor heaters to be able to enjoy it in winter.
 
SUITE 1: The first suite is located at the entrance of the house, and is divided into three spaces. An entrance hall, a large shower room, and a bedroom with a double sofa bed.
 
GARAGE: The garage is covered and has space for 1 car. It can be parked in front of the house and on the street for free.
The elevator is out of service. 

   GROUND FLOOR   
It is accessed by the stairs. There is a very large hallway, surrounded by various rooms. The rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden.
 
The ground floor has the following rooms:
SUITE 2: Elegant double room with a private bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi.

SUITE 3: Double room with a private bathroom with a shower.
 
ROOM 4: Double room with double bed, perfectly decorated.
 
ROOM 5: Double room with double bed, carefully decorated and very elegant.
 
BATHROOM: large bathroom to be shared between 2 rooms, with toilet, bath, and shower.
 
MACHINE ROOM: a room where you will find the washing machine, dryer, space to extend, and the necessary storage tanks for the proper functioning of the house (vacuum filter, water softener, etc.).
 
GARDEN: the garden is divided into two levels, one at the entrance of the house and one that leads to the swimming pool. This access to the pool has a security gate to close the acces for the little ones. 
 
POOL AREA: the swimming pool is large and the space is very pleasant, with sun loungers and tables to enjoy the surroundings and cool off during the sunny Maresme summers!
 
   UPPER PATIO (ROOFTOP)   
The house has a dream terrace on the upper part of the house, a rooftop. Here we find some benches, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the open air during spring and summer evenings! Also, relax in your personal Jacuzzi, alongside a barbecue area and outdoor dining space shaded by two umbrellas. Ideal for enjoying midday meals and soaking up the fresh air

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
 
- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
 
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
 
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
 
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
 
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
 
  IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
 
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
 
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. 
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. 
 
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
 
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
 
- Groups of students are not allowed.
 
IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT
 We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.
If you want to spend some days at ATTEKA, we ask you to maintain a responsible and rational consumption of our scarce natural resources.

   DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD   
Premià de Dalt is a village in the Maresme region located above Premià de Mar, which enjoys spectacular views of the sea from the mountain.
 
From the village, there are several trails to walk and visit the natural environment. You can visit the Font del Pericó or the Roca de Cavall. In Premià you will also find shops and restaurants to discover the gastronomy of the area. Next to the house, there is the Agrobotiga Premià de Dalt, where you will find local and organic products.
 
In the middle of June, Premià de Mar celebrates the Pirates Festival, where the whole town is divided into pirates and premiarencs and decorates streets and balconies to celebrate it!
   HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA   
The house is located in the upper part of Premià de Dalt.
 
In this location, we recommend the use of a car (or a cab) if you want to visit the surrounding villages. The house has parking and on the same street, you can park easily and freely.
 
TAXI: if you want to make just a few car trips it can be a good option, it is always necessary to reserve in advance.
CAR: in this location, we highly recommend the use of a private car to move easily around the area, to go shopping, to visit the surrounding towns, and to get to Barcelona in about 30 minutes.(Read Barcelona section if you are planning to visit the city with a foreign car)
BUS: Day and night services.Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme, and the city of Barcelona.
TRAIN: The nearest train station is Premià de Mar, where you can take a train to Barcelona or all the coastal villages towards La Costa Brava. To get from the house to the train station we recommend the use of a taxi. 
   BARCELONA   The city is about 30 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, search your search engine: ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.
