Slow and unhelpful communications.
I stayed in the apartment alone, and I wasn't aware while booking that I will always need to have my phone with me in order to get in. Once I checked in, I reached out to the management team and asked for a physical key, but it took 4 days until they said that yes, they have a physical key, and they might give it to me. By then my stay was over and I had to leave. I wasn't able to go for a run or a swim because I had to carry my phone with me when getting out. My holiday was spoilt, and I'm extremely disappointed with the slow and unhelpful communications. The decorations are old and some are broken, towels are grey, not white, and the kitchen utensils are what I'd call the bare minimum. But the area is quiet and feels safe, and the metro Llacuna is about 7-8 mins walk.
