I really liked the location of this place and the neighborhood. The area is very safe and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shoppable places.The place itself was nice but needed some upgrading. The furniture was kind of dirty. The washing machine/all in one dryer was not good. The dryer doesn't work at all so that was a bummer because I had a lot of laundry to do from a long trip. The blackout blinds in the living room don't drop down. There weren't a lot of amenities like good TP, paper towels, and washing detergent. Communication with the management company wasn't the best. They took too long to replay to messages from the app. I reached out about the broken washer/dryer, they sent me an instruction manual (There was already a copy in the apartment) and then told me to try unplugging and plugging it back in. Not helpful. Most disturbing for me was when the management company checked us out and removed my electronic access to the unit a full day early. My son was very sick and didn't join us on a family activity to Montserrat. While we were away, he left the unit to get some soup. Upon return he couldn't get back into the building as the electronic code no longer worked. He waited in the cold until someone left and at least got himself back into the building. I messaged the management company and heard nothing back, I called 4 times and no one answered. After over 2 hours I finally connected with someone. In return I received an "oops, sorry" response.
