  • Questo appartamento situato in posizione centrale, a pochi passi da Plaza Catalunya e dal famoso Passeig de Gracia, soddisfa tutti i gusti.

    Il soggiorno con cucina a vista ha un design classico. Proprio come la camera matrimoniale e la seconda camera da letto, entrambe con un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera da letto in stile più moderno con un divano letto matrimoniale può essere utilizzata anche come studio o salone extra. La quarta camera ha due letti singoli. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale extra nella seconda camera da letto
    Tutte le camere sono climatizzate, compreso il soggiorno e hanno accesso al balcone.

    L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato in modo da non essere meno a tuo agio che a casa tua. Dispone di TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, Internet Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e tavolo da pranzo espandibile per un massimo di 10 persone. C'è una lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, cassaforte e, naturalmente, asciugamani e biancheria da letto sono forniti.

    Puoi fare acquisti fino allo sfinimento, avere negozi convenienti e altri negozi letteralmente a portata di mano, rendendolo una base perfetta da cui esplorare Barcellona. Scopri una delle mie strade preferite dietro l'angolo, Calle Enrique Granados. È una strada pedonale, con un sacco di verde e caffetterie, ristoranti, gallerie d'arte e bei negozi. Vieni a soggiornare in questo appartamento decorato in modo unico con tocchi originali barcellonesi originali.

    La stazione della metropolitana Universidad è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Plaza Cataluña (in cima alle famose Las Ramblas) sarebbe meno di 10 minuti a piedi.

    Quindi oltre ad avere una posizione molto centrale, ci sono anche mezzi di trasporto nelle vicinanze per farti girare la città. Ad esempio, per raggiungere la linea gialla che costeggia la costa fino a una varietà di spiagge, sono necessarie solo 2 fermate.

    NOTA BENE: la tassa di soggiorno deve essere pagata in contanti all'arrivo ed è di 8,50 € per persona a notte (massimo 7 notti).

Fantastic apartment in a great location! Don’t let the word apartment scare you away from booking this wonderful gem! Located in the Expansion District and only a short walk away from everything you want to see. The rooms were clean, big, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating for our early arrival. The home featured laundry, A/C, elevator, and all the modern amenities you would expect. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Barcelona!

Large apartment in a great neighborhood

We are a family of 8 adults and this apartment was the perfect size for us. The location is lovely, close to great restaurants and shops and easy walk to public transportation. Our check in process was very easy and and communication with the property manager was always timely and helpful.

Perfect Barcelona Stay

We loved this well kept classic building with its' tiles, high ceilings, chandeliers and balconies.Tastefully updated with 2 modern bathrooms, washer & dryer and kitchen. Close to everything. Great host!

Great place to stay

We loved this apartment. The location is perfect and close to metro stations making it easy to get around the city. The host was responsive to any questions we had. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook in and a washer and dryer.

What a fantastic find just around the corner from the pedestrian parkway in the L’Eixample neighborhood. Loads of shops, restaurants, and fairly central to everything we wanted to see… but the “things to do” document provided by the owner was a game changer.The apartment itself was quaint, historic, and provided plenty of space for our group of 5 to have privacy and spread out. The only downside, and there is not anything the owner can do about it: the street noise could be fairly loud at night, especially on the weekends. But, it’s the heart of a big city, so to be expected.This apartment made our wonderful trip to Spain that much better, and we would highly recommend both the property and the owner/manager to anyone planning a trip out that way. They communicate well, and are super friendly and helpful.

Very spacious apartment for a large family. Great location. Very walkable safe area. Lacked paper towels and coffee filters which are usually in rentals I’ve been in before. I purchased those and left what we didn’t use for next guests.

Great, walkable location - helpful hosts

The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our week and had great recommendations for area restaurants. The place is spacious, and the nearby pedestrian "street" a beautiful means to get around. Both the Universitat and Passeig de Gracia metro stops are easy walks. Walking to most major attractions is just about 30 min, so it made travelling around with a group of 7 very easy. 10/10 would reccomend.

my family and closest friends came spain to celebrate my 55 birthday. we had a great time!! But Sshhh!!! barcelona is a quiet town!!! a noise alarm is signaled after 10 pm…lol. i’m groom brooklyn. that was hilo. but micheal and emily were absolutely fantastic. very patient and friendly with everyone

We had a wonderful stay at this property and want to thank Michael and Emely for their hospitality. Meeting Emely a few hours before check-in to drop off our luggage was incredibly helpful and allowed us to begin exploring Eixample right away.The apartment was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. The beds with clean linens were comfortable. We loved the views of the neighborhood from the bedroom balconies. The two bathrooms easily accommodated our group of six adults, and we appreciated the clean towels provided. The showers came with body wash and shampoo. Although we encountered a minor leak with one of the shower heads, it was addressed and fixed immediately.The location was excellent, with convenient access to great restaurants, bus stops, and the metro. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a significant plus.Thank you Michael and Emely for the great communication throughout our stay. From the essential information provided after booking to the timely check-in and check-out instructions and quick responses during our visit, your professionalism made our experience even better.Thank you to all the reviewers who helped us choose this apartment.

Large apartment in good location

There were six of us staying in the apartment. We loved the location. The owner of the apartment and the property manager were very good very responsive. It was advertised as a four-bedroom apartment. The door to the fourth bedroom was locked so we could not use it. So, it was really only a three bedroom apartment. The property manager told us the problem would be fixed during our stay, but the problem was not resolved during our stay.

Nice place in an Excellent Location

An excellently located comfortable large classic apartment from late 19th to early 20th century whose kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized. The apartment was well stocked with the various paper needs, towels and soap. The beds and linen were good. WiFi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only problem was we did not have use of a functioning dryer which was disappointing being that was a criteria for picking a property for a large group. They said the filter was bad and they had no answer for our weeks stay. Frankly, the dryer was dated (washer looked to be much newer) and probably needs to be replaced. Also the annoying Barcelona per person (hotel??) tax that they want in cash but won't give a receipt for- they do have an electronic solution for paying the tax that produces a receipt. Bit of a head scratcher. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and Barcelona.
