Très peu pratique

L'annonce donnait 2 salles d'eau et en fait une seule était utilisable avec le toilette à l' intérieur. Pas pratique du tout ! L'appartement est bien décoré et contient un bel espace de vie. Par contre, les chambres manquent d'intimité, une se coupe de la pièce qui donne accès au toilette par un rideau. La deuxième chambre sa porte fenêtre donne dans la même pièce accès aux toilette. La clim dans le séjour et couloir uniquement.

Great Location!

Plenty of room for 3 of us and close to so much. We walked daily almost everywhere - San Antoni Market, La Rambla, the Raval and Gothic neighborhoods and more. Spectacular little Mexican restaurant right outside the front door where a husband and wife team of classically trained chefs turn out killer food.

decent place for the price, Wifi didn't work and should be listed as 1 bathroom

Overall the place is nice for the price. Unfortunately i'm only giving it a 3 star because the whole time we were there the wifi didn't work and I had to run up my international data bill. The second bathroom that was in the biggest bedroom was basically a toilet and a small sink. The shower was not functional it was so small that a small child would have trouble taking a shower in it.

Appartement simple, mais fonctionnel et très bien situé dans immeuble calme.

Appartement très fonctionnel, simple, et pratique pour y dormir au moins à 8 personnes sans se marcher dessus et sans avoir peur d'abimer des choses. Accueil très sympathique et très arrangeant (arrivée avant l'heure et départ après l'heure sans problèmes et sans supplément). Très bien situé entre la place Espana et la place Catalunya, accessibles à pied. Métro à 10 mètres. Immeuble calme. Chambre donnant sur rue un peu bruyante le matin, mais pas très important pour nous. Draps et serviettes fournis.

Stor lejlighed , godt beliggende tæt på metro. Indretning og stand ikke noget at råbe hurra for, dog fint badeværelse ringe udstyret køkken (men hvem gider lave mad :-) )

The apartment was functional with the exception of the attached bathroom in the largest room. The shower was tubular and smaller than a cruise line bathroom. The toilet was in the small area and your knees were under the sink. Only 1 person in our group could practically use the shower. For an apartment for 8, 7 had to use the larger regular shower.

Très bon séjour

Appartement idéalement situé (Metro en bas de l'immeuble, parking souterrain à 500 m, commerces). Logement assez propre, conforme à la description. Toutefois, la 2eme salle de douche/wc et le salon / salle a manger sont restreints. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que le linge de maison et de toilette soient fournis. La Propriétaire est très sympathique, elle répond très rapidement et efficacement aux mails. La restitution des clef est très simple. Nous avons passé un excellent we, rempli de visites!

Not good

It does not have pots or pans in proper condition. All towers are smelly, and we even found hairs of somebody else on bed sheets. We found only one toilet paper in each toilet (no extras). No shampoo and no body wash in bathroom. Location is great (right in front of a subway station which is only three stops apart from the Liceu station) and it's pretty spacious apartment, but the owner needs to take care of cleaning and maintaining the house. I would not recommend this house to my friends.

Great location good for big family.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Barcelona, a friend and I spend 5 nights at Luis apartment, the place is big with a well equipped kitchen and the basic necessities for a pleasant stay, although it has 2 bathrooms one is really not usable it is so small that only a small child can use the shower or toilet because of the space, I've never seeing a bathroom that small , on the second day of our stay we received an unannounced visit while we were in the apartment from Luis mother whom just rang the bell and came inside the place, she said she was bringing some silverware I told her I will take them but she insisted in coming inside and check the place I have stay on Homeaway properties all over the world and this was a first, I felt like an invasion of our privacy and that it was more to check on us, we had already met the agent on our arrival and gone over the rules of the apartment. Luis was easy to communicate with from the start and check in and check out was very easy.

Great location!

Metro stop right across the street. Aerobus to and from the airport also very close. Bakery, groceries, pharmacy right outside the main door. VERY accommodating staff. My mother arrived several days earlier than we originally booked, and the apartment was available, so they allowed us to rent it extra days, and let her have early check in, which was VERY appreciated. I rent alot of apartments in Europe, and have requirements which this apartment met them all. Elevator- small but functional and necessary for my mom. Kitchen had a nice coffee maker, good size fridge (by European standards), stove/oven/microwave all work well, adequate pots, pans, and utensils. Endless supply of HOT water for 8 people to shower every day. 2 bathrooms sinks, toilets, and showers. However one of the bathrooms is so small that the shower is not even usable. I am 5'6" and 130 pounds, and I really tried to use it, but after one attempt by me, nobody else used it for the whole week. The extra sink and toilet were nice to have for an average sized person, however it would be impossible for a large person to use. Overall, the apartment was wonderful for our family of 8- my 66-year-old mother, my husband and me and our 5 children ages 12-20. While we are NOT a rowdy bunch, I felt comfortable that we didn't have to tip-toe around and whisper, and likewise, we didn't hear the neighbors much either. I would rent it again
