Five bedroom deluxe apartment Paseo de Gracia - You Stylish

This amazing and elegant apartment, located in the emblematic Paseo de Grácia, has 5 double bedrooms (4 of them with en suite bathroom), an extra full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large and sunny dining-living room.

The apartment is located just a few steps away from some of the main city attractions such as La Pedrera and La Casa Batlló (from Gaudí), around 10 minutes walking to Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas and close to different public transport stops, to move easily around the city.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi from the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests. Bigger taxis a bit more.

Fantastic location in the heart of Barcelona's best area! Very near excellent restaurants, shopping and incredible historic sites. Our family of seven adults and one toddler found the apartment a perfect match to our needs. Thank you YouStylish!

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was in a great location. My only negative is that they wanted us to take the trash to a dumpster which we could not find. We searched and had to finally give up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. The location was fantastic, and we were able to walk to many shops and restaurants in this high-end neighborhood. The apartment is so spacious and was perfect for each of our party to have their own sleeping quarters and bathroom. The property managers were great to work with and readily available to communicate with. The only two negatives were a snafu on arrival. There is a known issue with the apartment address in Maps apps, yet they let us use this method which took us to the wrong location and had us walking around with all our luggage for over an hour. Second, the clothes dryer was not working, but they did send out a technician very quickly, just didn't fix the issue before we checked out.

This is a gorgeous apartment on a busy street which allows easy access to shops and necessities. Bedrooms are quiet and beds are fabulous. It’s a older building which means crown molding and high ceilings but electric and plumbing is modern. Kitchen a bit strangely laid out but we managed dinner for 12 with some ingenuity. Staff is very responsive. Loved our stay!

Large 2nd floor apartment. Plenty of room for ten people. Wonderful balcony to sit and have coffee in the morning and people watch on the popular street. Easy access to several simple markets, many coffee shops on the streets, wonderful and delicious tapas restaurants with street seating. YouStylish was the concierge. Wonderful and attentive service. Booked tours and drivers for us. Our vacation was easy, educational, full of fantastic food and just plain fun!
