Absolutely amazing everything perfect and most of all the have been helping us so much since the airline company lost our luggage and we arrived at the hotel with basically nothing at all ! They supported us in every possible way thank you so much mandarin oriental !

Padrão Mandarim + Excelente time.
Hotel incrível nos padrões do MO. Porém o pessoal do concierge fez toda a diferença na minha estada. Pablo com um conhecimento inigualavel da cidade, atrações e restaurantes. Eric foi incansável para viabilizar o nosso tour de helicoptero nos poucos dias que tivemos. As pessoas fazem toda a diferença.

Excellent location. Garden view room very good and comfortable. Some room have bath and balcony. Reception aims to please. Slow and soso service from bar. Breakfast choice good but slow Small indoor pool good if only 4 ppl max. Pool could be more heated

highly recommend it!
I arrived earlier than check-in time and they provided spa/swimming pool use and coffee at the lounge and the room was ready just in time. All staff was super attentive, friendly and accommodating. The moments restaurant was definitely the highlight of our stay. Excellent and professional dining experience. All in all, it was one of the most memorable stay!
