Great floorplan for 3 adult women

My colleagues and I were in Barcelona for a work conference. The three-bedroom floor plan was very comfortable for us. Location was close to a Metro station, so it was easy to go touring and easy to get to our conference. Nice apartment!

Amazing experience

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We met one of the property owner upon arrival. She was very kind and gave us recommendations on where to visit. Any issues or questions were promptly answered. In summary it was a great experience.

The hostess is very very nice, she recommended the famous sightseeings, the restaurants, the traffic and so on. The location is good, it’s very convenient for shopping and traffic. The only problem is the shower, it changes cold very quickly 😜 After all, it’s a very good choice for living here.

Nice and Affordable Stay in quiet area

We had a very comfortable stay for 5 nights. Check in process and communication was excellent and the apartment was as advertised. We stayed here because it was within walking distance of Parc del Forum and is very close to the Metro. For Primavera Sound weekend the apartment was very reasonably priced. There are a couple of bars/cafes nearby with friendly staff and owners and is around 25 minutes walk to the nearest nightlife.

Nice apartment in a residential neighborhood

We stayed in a place right in the middle of things a week earlier, and on our way back to Barcelona we stayed here. After getting oriented in our earlier trip it was nice to be a little away from all the action downtown but close to it. The neighborhood was nice and the building, while a little basic, was fine. The hosts were communicative and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot water was a little temperamental as the kitchen was on-demand, and I am not sure what the issue was with the shower. In fact, our one complaint was that the shower was clearly in need of repairs. We got it working with a basic stream of low pressure water but the hot water would turn off and on somewhat mysteriously. It may simply need a new shower head but it made the shower very hard to use. In general, though, it was nice to be one block from the METRO and near a supermarket and bread shops and a residential neighborhood.

Nice accommodations, good price, but no pool

The apartment suited our needs, the beds were comfortable, and we were grateful for the air conditioning and laundry facilities. The neighborhood is a bit far from most Barcelona sites but it is close to public transportation and it’s easy to get around. My biggest problem was the pool. The apartment is advertised in its title as: Nice Apartment with Pool. Under the description it did say that the swimming pool would be closed in 2021 due to Covid. When I originally considered booking the place I asked about the pool because that was the big selling point for us. The response was that they were going to have a meeting about reopening the pool. This went on for several months until I finally just decided to book it. When it came time to check in I asked about the pool again and they said there was a problem with the filter and it should be cleared up in a few days. The pool was never open, our key didn’t work to get outside to the pool, in fact we never even saw the pool. The owner/manager; very nice And helpful, BUT if you’re hoping to have a pool, don’t book this place. If you need a three bedroom accommodation, it’s quite suitable.

We were welcomed by the owners sister, who gave us a detailed and very professional introduction to everything we needed to know. The apartment is located in Sant Marti and is very well located. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you'd need. Lots of plates, cooking equipment etc. Brand new dish washer. Good sized fridge freezer. The shower is good and the beds comfortable. We were a family of 4 with two older teenage daughters. There is a nice bread shop near the metro station and as well as local supermarkets there is also a Lidl not too far away.

The hosts were very nice. They took their time with us and gave us some good tips. They helped us with our queries throughout our trip. We were fortunate to be able to witness the catalan referendum movement during our visit and hear our hosts views on the same. However, we were also unfortunate, as there was a strike during that time and our hosts were helpful and gave us some updates on transport, etc, when we inquired them. The apartment is 20 minutes off the main city centre by metro and is in a residential part of tow. The apartment is advertised as it comes with a rooftop pool... we had a goo barcelona stay Cheers

The appartment was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend in Barcelona. The description was accurate, so there were no bad surprises. The appartment was clean and tidy with all necessary supplies. There were 3 rooms with double beds. There would also have been the convertible couch. For our group of 4 (1 couple) just perfect: We planned for 6 people that would also have worked - of course the bathroom might have been a bottleneck :) We arrived close to midnight and were warmly welcomed. Food lovers will be interested in the supermarket closeby with a fresh market selling cured ham & cheese. While the appartment is not that close to city center, it's easily accessible by metro - station 5 minutes walk and about 15 minutes to town. After midnight there are night-busses but we ended up using a taxi (~15 EUR...) All in all a great stay.

Loads of supermarkets to get ingredients for meals for our fussy eaters All in all value for money and couldn't have asked more of the hosts who were excellent communicators and gave us their full attention - thanks

L'appartement est à 15 minutes du centre en métro (station SAN MARTI à 500 mètres). La vue de la terrasse sur la ville de Barcelone est remarquable, la piscine, un peu petite, permet de se rafraichir. Accueil par le personnel Let's Holidays fort sympathique. L'appartement est un peu petit pour une famille avec 3 enfants, mais on arrive à s'organiser. Bon rapport qualité prix.
