OLA LIVING MACBA 2

Situato nel centro della città, il nostro appartamento di due camere da letto ha una camera matrimoniale e una singola. Dispone inoltre di due bagni completi e aria condizionata in tutte le camere. C'è un balcone e una cucina completamente attrezzata che permette ai nostri ospiti di preparare i propri pasti. È il luogo perfetto per un gruppo di amici o una famiglia che cerca di alloggiare in una zona affollata della città.

L'appartamento dispone di lavatrice-asciugatrice oltre a connessione Internet Wi-fi e aria condizionata. È situato nel centro di Barcellona, molto vicino a La Rambla e al quartiere di Sant Antoni.

L'appartamento è dotato di asciugamani e biancheria da letto all'arrivo.

Non sono consentite feste né addii al celibato/nubilato.

La Tassa Turistica non è inclusa nel prezzo dell'appartamento. Ha un costo di 6,88€ per adulto (maggiore di 16 anni) e notte fino a un massimo di sette notti.

La nostra Reception si trova al numero 1 del Passaggio Sert, dove deve ritirare la sua chiave tra le 9.00 e le 20.00 da lunedì a venerdì (esclusi i festivi da lunedì a venerdì). Se il suo ingresso è sabato o domenica (o festivo infrasettimanale), il ritiro delle chiavi è in via Aribau 228. L'orario di apertura è dalle 09.00 alle 20.00. Check-in automatico con il telefono cellulare a partire dalle 15.00

Gli ingressi a partire dalle 21:00 vengono effettuati di persona negli appartamenti e hanno un costo extra di 30€.

Exactly what my mom and I needed in Barcelona for a short stay! Could have been cleaner and might choose a different location/neighborhood next time which is why one star is missing. But still a 4 star stay overall and we enjoyed our trip. Thanks!

We had such a great time! The apartment was in a great location to see the city and eat at many restaurants. It was perfect for me, my wife and 16 year old daughter.

Property owners were great communicators, check in process was easy. Apartment was spotless. It was on the 4th floor, but there was a lift. Someone on Vrbo had a moan saying the washing machine smelt of mould, but I thought it was spotless and a great addition. Also plenty of towels & toilet roll. I couldn't fault it and I'd definitely look at stopping here again. Plenty of bars and take aways around.

The property is fine but I would not recommend. The property was clean but never received any base cleaning property (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, tea towel) when I contact them via WhatsApp they said they would have it delivered to me the next couple of days ( it never arrived) via email I was told I had to purchase it

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son who is studying in Barcelona. We have lived in Europe twice before and traveled extensively. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable bed and couch and great location.

Je tiens à vous exprimer mon immense déception. En fait, nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre à Barcelone du 6 au 10/11,car l'aéroport de Nantes était bloqué en raison de la grève des pompiers. La compagnie Vueling nous a mené en bateau en nous reportant notre vol de jour en jour jusqu"à un départ le vendredi soir.donc 1 jour 1/2 à Barcelone.Nous avons été contraints d'annuler. L'agence Ola Living ne voulant pas faire un geste commercial pour nous dédommager. C'est une honte, pour un motif indépendant de notre volonté.. Agence à fuir ! ! !

This company uses WhatsUp to communicate with customers. Not many Americans use the UI. We had to got to the office to check in because we could not upload our documents. The represenative at the office told me we could only use our passports. I advised her that the app does not say anything like that. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. They even provided a little kit for necessities. Nice touch.

It was stressful trying to get exact location and entrance instructions as unavailable until exactly 3:00pm. They or just finishing up with cleaning, the apartment was very clean, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the washing machine smelled very moldy, and when we used it, our clothes ended up, smelling moldy. We had to take our clothes across the street to the laundromat to be washed and dried. We had chosen this particular apartment because it did have a washer and dryer and now was unavailable for us to use. The neighborhood was not very appealing but overall did feel safe.

The house is cute. The bedrooms comfy and the house is clean and the company running this location is responsive but: There were two of us, my and a girlfriend. We were given one towel and one roll of to each bathroom for 9 nights. When we asked for more, One person that we spoke to online said OK but we had to figure out how to get them ourselves. We found an office which is at least a mile away from the place went into ask for The towels and were told just do laundry. After some disagreement, we did get our towels, but why the attitude. The man at the front desk said it’s just like own your own apartment it doesn’t come with extras. It was a no two more toilet paper. The place did not come with any coffee pods. They made it sound like this is typical behavior, but my girlfriend and I can change to travel for two more weeks staying in four more different VRBO‘s and did not experience this at all. All came with plenty of towels toilet paper coffee some came with wine, etc. etc. So maybe it’s because this place is run by a company that they give you attitude. Oh, and the shower doors in each bathroom allow water to flood the bathroom, which makes life difficult sense , there are not enough towels and there was one very small roll of toilet paper. We wound up having to buy stuff for the place.

Very clean and modern apartment in a vibrant neighborhood that felt safe. Near many shops and bars. Manager was very responsive to notification that elevator broke down and it was fixed the next day.

Easy check in process. Nice furniture and refurbished. The neighborhood of apartment is a little rundown, but we found nice restaurants nearby. Metro is close by the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quite, old neighborhood close to Manny remarkable sites, restaurants, history, etc. It is very quite area. The apartment has two large bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a large open great room concept. Even though there is a washer/dryer unit in the apartment, there is an amazing laundry mat across from the entrance. Highly recommend

My husband, daughter and I had a very enjoyable stay in our flat. The place was ready earlier than expected. It was spacious, modern and clean. We loved the neighborhood and the people at Ola Living were always responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

We had to take taxis to get everywhere we wanted to go. I would’ve preferred to be centrally located. As mentioned, it was clean, but very, very small shower and not sure about the neighborhood. I wouldn’t walk out by myself alone at night. The unit was well equipped, although we did not need to use anything since we were gone most of the day.

This is exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Plenty of space for the both of us to be comfortable. Very clean, great communication with Ola Living too. Everything we needed was a short walk. I highly recommend!

The apartment was in great shape. Clean and spacious. Great location next to the Gothic area. Not necessarily related to the apartment, but it's a bummer that there was so much graffiti on all the building right around the apartment bringing down the feel of the neighborhood. There was also some minor communication challenges with the property managers. We never did find the washer and dryer that they said came with the unit.

We loved the balcony and Barcelona feel of the place. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Metro and bus are easily accessible from its location. Lots of small businesses nearby. Small washing machine on premises but dryer is a small rack to hang your clothes to dry. Luckily, there’s a laundromat just feet away from the apartment. No refills on toilet paper, rolls are small and didn’t provide a full roll to begin with so be prepared to buy a few more if staying for more than a few days. Prompt communication with maintenance company. Overall a good place and would stay here again.

The property looks similar to the pictures shown! It is extremely spacious, in a great location, and near the metro stations. I would recommend arriving during the day to ensure easier check in. My group and I arrived late at night and it was difficult to locate the entryway in the dark. Overall a great experience and I would strongly recommend.

We were hoping to find somewhere to stay that wasn’t sanitized - with more of a locals flare, and that’s exactly what we got. The apartment is nice and clean. The neighborhood can be noisy, even after midnight, so hard to sleep if you like to have the windows open! The only complaint we had is the extremely hard beds!
