Charming designer villa for up to 7 guests in the Maresme, featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, and two barbecue areas, very close to Barcelona.
Rustic and modern styles blend to create a warm, elegant atmosphere, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort in a peaceful setting.

The house is situated on a hillside, with stairs connecting the different levels: two floors, a terrace, a barbecue area, and, on the upper level, the pool.

MAIN FLOOR
- Double bedroom with a king-size bed (2 x 2 m, consisting of two mattresses), fireplace, jacuzzi (optional, subject to availability, 50 euros per day for the entire stay, paid before arrival), fan (no air conditioning, but it stays cooler), and en-suite bathroom with shower
- Living room with TV, fireplace, and access to the terrace
- Fully equipped kitchen and dining room with access to the outdoor area
- Guest restroom in the hallway

FIRST FLOOR
- Bedroom for up to 5 guests with two double beds (1.40 x 2 m), one single bed (0.80 m), air conditioning, and a bright study area

BATHROOMS
The only indoor shower is in the en-suite bathroom of the double bedroom, so guests in the 5-person bedroom must pass through it to shower (there is also a hot-water shower by the pool). Best suited for families or groups comfortable with this arrangement.

OUTDOORS
- Covered outdoor kitchen next to the dining room, with a barbecue, sink, washing machine, and dining table
- Large terrace with a fire pit, several tables, and sofas
- Backyard surrounded by greenery, with a second barbecue and a large dining table
- Upper level: pool, sun deck with lounge chairs, restroom, and semi-open hot-water shower

The house has Wi-Fi. There is a public park very close by, with a children’s playground and a sports court.

Argentona, 6 km from the beach and 27 km from Barcelona, is a charming town with a long tradition of ceramics: it is home to the Pitcher Museum (Museu del Càntir), and every summer it celebrates its pitchers with a craft fair and traditional festivities, as well as hosting local farmers’ markets. A 10-minute walk from the house, a mountain trail leads to a petting zoo with outdoor activities. Nature lovers can also hike up to the ruins of Burriac Castle, which offers views of the coast, and the area features many mountain bike trails of varying difficulty.

This accommodations are suitable for families or groups of adults aged 25 or older.

According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveler registration. Babies under 2 years old must also be registered, but they do not count toward the maximum occupancy.

A €1,000 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the property.

The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, discoloration) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 each; smoking inside the property, €150 for extra cleaning and deodorization; an additional hour of extraordinary cleaning due to the condition in which the property is left, €17 + VAT (21%). For Airbnb reservations, any of these charges, as well as damage and penalties, will be claimed through Airbnb’s AirCover.

Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 17 and older) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Pets, parties, and celebrations of any kind are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Very important: only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the property. Overnight stays by anyone else constitute a very serious violation and may result in significant penalties. Daytime visitors must obtain prior authorization from Opening Doors and must leave by 10:00 p.m.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property; it is permitted in outdoor areas, provided you use ashtrays and never discard cigarette butts in the garden or the pool. Barbecues and outdoor fires are permitted only in designated areas and may be restricted during droughts or when required by local regulations. The fireplace may be used but must never be left unattended.

Keep doors and windows closed when you are not at the property. Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home. We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Pool: Use it only for swimming and relaxing. Do not eat, drink, or pour anything into the water, and keep the skimmer and filtration system free of objects. Jumping into the pool from walls, chairs, stairs, or any structure not designed for that purpose is strictly prohibited, as is any behavior that may endanger people or damage the facilities. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. The property is not responsible for injuries caused by improper use of the facilities.

Garden and pool maintenance may take place during your stay. Maintenance is performed in the morning, always with prior notice, which may be given on short notice, even after your stay has begun. It never involves entering the house.

The hot tub is optional, subject to availability, and must be requested before arrival. It costs €50 per day and must be booked for the entire stay; it cannot be booked for only some of the days. Payment must be made before the start of your stay.

Please take out the trash regularly, and always before leaving, placing it in the outdoor bins. Before leaving, please also load your dishes into the dishwasher.

Please note that a Short-Term Rental Agreement, detailing the terms summarized here, must be signed via the online check-in form before your stay.
