Waves and sky near Barcelona

Beachfront apartment with unique views of Barcelona, ​​lots of light, all the amenities, and a peaceful setting. Visit the big city and return to the tranquility of a small, charming coastal town. Spectacular 18m2 terrace. Access to the beach is just a minute away. An apartment to enjoy both in winter and summer. The train station is 4 minutes from the apartment, and in 20 minutes you'll be in the center of Barcelona.

The Space

The apartment is located right on the beach in the village of Montgat, and within the so-called Fishermen's Quarter (Old Town). It has spectacular and unique views of both the beach and the city of Barcelona, ​​which is very close (20 minutes by train and 10 minutes by car). It's an apartment with plenty of natural light, which enters through the two large windows in the spacious dining room, overlooking the sea. On the top floor of the apartment, there is a spectacular 18m2 terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, worth seeing both in summer and winter.



The beach is accessed by a staircase just outside the building, next to the church. In Montgat, there are several supermarkets, pharmacies, a tobacco shop, a bookstore, and more.

There are also areas for walking or hiking in the mountains, or walking from one town to another.



It is a very quiet area for relaxing, resting, and easily exploring the city of Barcelona. For food lovers, Montgat has three well-known and magnificent restaurants serving Mediterranean and market-fresh cuisine, which attract many people from Barcelona and the surrounding area for lunch and dinner.



The apartment is very well connected to the city of Barcelona and the coast to the north:

*The train station is a 4-minute walk away, and the center of Barcelona (Plaza Cataluña) is a 20-minute walk away.

*Highway 2 minutes away, and 10 minutes to Barcelona.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia

The listing was advertised as having two bedrooms, but only had one. Ridiculous.

Place was beautiful, but the owners were unresponsive. Left us on the curb for over an hour when we arrived. Didn’t respond the weeks before either. We ended up spending a ton of money on a second location as there was no second bedroom for our friends to stay in. And then you guys never responded to my complaint. Garbage.
