Buona sistemazione in un bel quartiere non turist
Ottima posizione. L'appartamento ha una bella terrazza ed è dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Unico problema è che è piuttosto rumoroso nel senso che si sentono i vicini.

Avevo letto recensioni discordanti ma alla fine mi sono deciso a prenotare ugualmente. E infatti non me ne sono pentito. Appartamento spazioso con due camere da letto con ognuna un letto matrimoniale. Bagno della giusta grandezza, con doccia molto spaziosa e confortevole. Cucina provvista di tutto il necessario. Zero rumori, abbiamo dormito veramente bene. La pulizia era eccellente, lenzuola e asciugamani in buono stato e puliti. Zona ottima! Vicino a due linee metropolitane, e vicino a tutto praticamente. Personale molto cortese, gentile, e disponibile. la prossima volta a Barcellona ritornerò sicuramente.

abbiamo passato 3 giorni a Barcellona e questo appartamento era molto confortevole e pulito. Molto comodo alle fermate della metropolitana

appartamento con camere vicino alla metropolitana
L'appartamento che abbiamo utilizzato era situato al primo piano di un immobile ubicato in un quartiere abbastanza tranquillo. Sufficienti i servizi costituiti da frigo e cucina con un minimo di padellame da utilizzarsi se intenzionati a cucinare. Delle tre camere una era praticamente senza finestra in quanto dotta di un punto luce che dava ad un cavedio interno al palazzo. Delle altre due una aveva la finestra (infisso in legno) che praticamente non permetteva la chiusura. per fortuna lo abbiamo afittato in estate. sufficiente la pulizia, anche se sotto i letti non ci passvanola scopa da qualche tempo. Nel complesso il giudizio è succiente soloper il fatto di essere vicino alla stazione della metropolitana.

Abbiamo trascorso quattro notti insonni, a causa del rumore dei frigoriferi dei negozi sottostanti che dalle 20 alle 8 del mattino provocano una forte vibrazione. non abbiamo avuto alcuna accoglienza, ci siamo dovuti recare presso l'agenzia (con bagagli al seguito) per ritirare le chiavi dell'appartamento. appartamento, non certo 4 steelle come pubblicizzato, in cattivo stato di manutenzione, privo di una poltrona per sedersi e mancante di lenzuola. inoltre, i due letti erano entrami ad una piazza e mezzo e noi quattro adulti... da scartare!!!

Very clean apartment with walking access to train stations, groceries, activities etc. great locations. The appliances in the apartment are outdated. The espresso pot and water kettle had rust. Claire helped us checking in and she’s very friendly and provided good information on Barcelona and stay.

On the other hand I also want to mention that the mosquitos in the city is something out of our control. During summer time is so common to find mosquitos in Barcelona. The property is clean, it suits well for a family stay. The host communicated properly by getting in touch in advance, providing directions, and responsive. The only unpleasant experience was the conflicting information between the office and parking staff. We were told to pay on the last day of parking but the parking staff made us pay cash on the following day for the full parking space use. Other than that, would recommend.

First of all we are sorry for the missunderstanding between our staff and the parking staff, because they didn't advice us that in case the guest is taking the car off during the stay has to pay in advance the full stay, otherwise you could leave without paying, I don't mean you, talking in general. Der er, hvad der skal være! Pænt og rent i fredelig bygning Nem check in, afhentning af nøgler på kontor i nr. 38, mens lejligheden (med to soveværelser og terrasse) ligger lige overfor i nr. 41, i samme gade. Hyggeligt og lokalt kvarter, uden for mange turister. Tæt på ligger et stort overdækket marked, Mercat Saint Antoni, flere dagligvarebutikker (DIA, LIDL etc.) og mange små, hyggelige restauranter i nærheden. Gåafstand til havnen, Ramblaen m.m. Lidt små senge, men til gengæld rigtig komfortable madrasser. Lejligheden er røgfri, men man måtte gerne ryge på terrassen. Eneste lille minus indenfor var, at man i soveværelserne kunne høre, når der blev brugt vand på de øvrige etager (ved brusebad, udtræk på toilet etc.), men ikke noget, som ødelagde helhedsoplevelsen eller som et par ørepropper ikke kunne klare. I øvrigt nemt at komme til/fra lufthavnen med de lyseblå lufthavnsbusser, Aerobus (10,20 € for returbillet).

We had an excellent time in Barcelona. The flat was spacious very well located. The area around is full of very lovely restaurants, thervetherias and tapas and pintxos bars. Close to metro stations for green and lilac lines (L3 and L2). Though, very thin walls. You could hear the conversations from the next apartments and every time somebody was walking in it. Not that it really bothered us. Having two kids with you (aged 13 and 7) we contributed a lot to the nuisance.we would easily stay again there.

Nice Location/Excellent Management
The property was in a 'neighborhood/commercial' area with plenty of dining, grocery and close to market and Metro. The staff at Weflatting was right across the street and SO helpful - directions and preordering tickets. I know when I went to Parc Guell there were many people that did not know they were sold out. Weflatting called ahead and got me reservations for the next day. I will warn 'picky Americans' whom believe themselves to be entitled to a Parador for the price of a small apartment (in an International location), this may not be for you. But for me and my friend, it was perfect. There was no A/C, but plenty of fans and a terrace. It was also quite quiet.

Appartement très appréciable
Notre séjour à Barcelone s'est parfaitement déroulé et ce grâce à notre logement WeFlating. Notre hôte s'est montrée très disponible et sociable, ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est très bien desservi (notamment par le bus) et est situé dans une rue très calme. Néanmoins, nous avions tenu compte des précédents avis conseillant des boules quies et ceci s'est révélé indispensable (réellement!) notamment pour couvrir le bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre.

Decent stay, nice location but...
The flat was centrally located, large enough for 6 pax and had quite a lot of bathrooms. The location is fairly good as there are train stations near by, the neighborhood is being revitalized with hip restaurants and bars and community seems to be tight knit and friendly. Issues we had was considerably minor, noisy neighbors though not completely their fault. The walls are thin and poorly insulated so it’s not like we can ask them to be slient. I only did not like the fact that having commented about this to the property led them to say I could have complained to resolve it. Im sure we aren’t the 1st to think that the wall are too thin. There was also a neighbor smoking a joint though legal in Barcelona we complain to Weflating and they immediately rectified the situation. They also assisted us in getting a taxi when we departed.

Muy buena experiencia
El apartamento es tal cual lo esperaba. Amplio, cómodo, bien equipado. Todo funciona perfectamente, tiene wifi de fibra óptica de muy buena calidad. Buenas camas, buena ducha. Weflating es una empresa que tiene una oficina a la vuelta del apartamento, donde te reciben al llegar y te acompañan y explican lo necesario y te entregan las llaves. Todo es muy sencillo, la recepción, la estadía y la despedida. Sin dudas recomiendo Weflating.

O atendimento da weflating foi ótimo, eles entraram em contato para confirmar a chegada, e foram muito corteses e gentis no check-in. O check-out foi sem burocracia e rápido. A localização do apartamento é muito prática, próximo a vários pontos de ônibus e metrô. Nas redondezas há excelente opções para alimentação, duas boas rotisseries (take and go) na esquina esquina mais próxima ao apartamento.

Very disappointment
We rented a appartment which did not looked even close to what we had seen on the foto's.The Interior decoration was old, cold and was not the same as seen on the foto's. The noise of vehicles passing by all night made sure that you could not sleep. In one word a disaster.

Absolutely loved this place. The apartment was stunning and the location was perfect. 20 minutes walk to anywhere. The local area was vibrant with cafes, restaurants and markets which totally spoke to my tastes. The Weflating crew were exceptionally friendly and I just loved being there. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Best family spring vacation
A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment just walking distance to la ramblas and gothic quarters, I would definitely have given a 5 star if it wasn't for the noise very hard to sleep also the wifi wasn't working at all even thou we complained several times it was stil the same. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend this clean apartment to my family and friends. Everything you need is well equipped in the apartment.

Warm friendly check in. Stayed in "Parlament "which is around the corner from the agents on Compte Borrell. Kitchen is a reasonable size and well appointed. Through lounge has a dining area and a seating area. Bedroom 1 has ample room and a double bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Plenty of storage in both and good a/c. The large shower room is fully tiled and offers loads of hot water.

Nice place to stay with lots of room
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was very spacious with two bathrooms. We used the kitchen in the morning. There is a small market and coffee shop on the same block which was very convenient. The train stop was only a 10 min walk from the apartment.

je venais faire le marathon de barcelone et visiter en meme temps mais cet appartement etait vraiment trop bruyant, aucune isolation!!! par contre le personnel adorable et l,appart tres bien placé

Grand appartement agréable mais bruyant le matin dès 8h. Les Ramblas à 15mn à pied donc RAS. Pas de peignoirs dans les salle de bains contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. Nous avions pris 3 chambres car nous étions 3 mais les lits étaient fait que dans 2. Une odeur d'égout dans une des salle de bain. Le 1er soir, la poignée de ma porte de chambre m'est restée dans les mains. La climatisation marche sans doute très bien mais on a eu froid, pas de chauffage...
