“Carpet seemed sticky, bathroom door would not close, sink on left side would not drain, ac was very noisy. But bed was comfortable and shower okay. Otherwise things were clean. Only stayed one night. Check in clerk was very helpful but morning check out clerk was not interested in hearing about ac noise so did not mention other issues.”

“My room was clean, and the staff was professional and polite. I had access to both air conditioning, and it was working during some hours when it was hot. And overall, my stay was comfortable. If I come back to Tennessee, I would make my stay there again and recommend anyone who needs to plan for a budget stay.”

I asked if our price included service and she said it did indeed include service. She apologized and brought what we needed up in spite of her working by herself. “What a journey! Arrived and received the keys around 2pm. Went to our room for a nap when someone walks in with a dog and said this was his room. We receive a call from front desk asking who we are. We get up and pull back covers only to find blood on the sheets then go to check in desk. We were supposed to be on the third floor but was checked in on 2nd floor. For our inconvenience we were given two free dinners at their location. We proceeded to our new room and we arrive the key didn't work....
