Splendid Liberty villa immersed in its own private grounds overlooking the lush green Tuscan valleys and mountains. Ideal to spend a relaxing holiday by the pool or exploring the nearby villages and towns. Just 5 minutes walk into the hilltop town of Barga, the villa enjoys both privacy and convenience of its proximity to town. The private pool is 6x 12 metres long and has plenty of lawn space for sunbathing. There are many areas for outdoor alfresco dining and lounging.
The house is structured on two floors of approximately 150 square meters each. There is also a room in the turret of the villa with a breathtaking view.
The ground floor of the villa is entirely dedicated to the living area: upon entering the house there is the entrance with a piano and a sofa, on the left there is a large living room, connected to the study for total relaxation, while on the right there is a large dining room with dining table, sofas, TV and fireplace. The dining room is connected to the kitchen equipped with a gas hob and electric oven. Microwave oven, toaster, kettle, pots and all types of crockery available. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower.
The upper floor can be reached via a comfortable staircase and there are four large bedrooms: 1 pink double bedroom, 1 blue master double bedroom with bathroom equipped with shower, bathtub, fireplace and terrace. 1 green double bedroom; 1 yellow bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with shower. Going up a flight of stairs you reach the laundry room equipped with washing machine, table and iron; from this room it is possible to reach the external area where the swimming pool is located. Going up a flight of stairs you reach the turret of the house where there is a double bedroom equipped with air conditioning. There is a breathtaking view of the Apuan Alps.
The external areas of the Villa have been designed to allow a stay full of nature and peace. In the front part of the Villa there is a relaxation area overlooking the Apuan Alps equipped with a sofa and sun loungers. There is also a large table for eating outside in the area near the kitchen.
In the part where the swimming pool is located there is a large green lawn with deckchairs, sunbeds and umbrellas, a shower where it is possible to listen to music, swim, sunbathe and generally relax.
At the end of the lawn there is a large table with benches, which can be illuminated in the evening, a wood-burning oven, a charcoal barbecue and a bathroom. There is also an outside shower. The park of the Villa, including all the external environments, are enclosed by an external fence with a gate. Inside the park it is possible to park cars. Even the external environments are reached by WI-FI.
