“The room itself was clean but as for breakfast there were ants on the serving spoon for the scrambled eggs. Also the waffle making machine wasn't working at the time due to a storm the night before. The same with the toaster which seemed to be a very old one.”

“I booked the room for my son who was returning to college. He had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water. The breakfast was very limited and he said the eggs and apple juice tasted as if it had gone bad. He had to go find a different place to get breakfast.”

“We picked this location because it was so close to university of Kansas and it was only three minutes away. The employee at the front door was a great representative of the area. Very friendly, nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. We didn’t swim, but it was a nice area. We used the gym and there was a lot of good equipment. Typical but good continental breakfast. If my child goes to this college, we will definitely be staying here again.”

“Larry at the front desk was great helpful very friendly! Alfreda made the breakfast and it was wonderful she was a great host very welcoming. The only thing we did not care for was our room was an adjoining room and there were a lot of little kids over there and it was very loud till late in the evening other than that we will be back.”

“The property is lovely and spacious. Six of us stayed four nights very comfortably. We had a little snag at check in bc the keypad didn’t recognize my log in number and there was a bit of a panic when I couldn’t reach the guest contact. Once we got that straightened out, everything was fine.”
