“We had a good experience. The room was clean, large, not noisy, the bathroom was also large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but to me there was very little choice as to sweets (only minicroissants and homemade jams).”
“Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic.
We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). ”

“Precies wat wij zoeken bij een tussenstop rustig, goede kamer lekker diner met prettige prijs gezellige medewerkers en als laatste een heerlijk ontbijt met alles wat je maar kan wensen met de vraag hoe je je eitje wilde gekookt, spiegelei of roerei. Wel flinke hap dat roerei dus zeker meer dan 1 ei. Top we gaan er op doorreis dit jaar nog 3x heen en volgend jaar bij gezondheid weer 6 keer. Dat laatste zegt genoeg denk ik.”

Fehlende zweite Bettgarnitur wurde sofort gebracht und die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Außerdem gute Erreichbarkeit, stadtnah und Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden, Größe des Zimmers für ein Wochenende vollkommen ausreichend.
Hatten das Eckzimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf Burg und Kirche sowie die malerische Altstadt.

“Schön zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Hotel etwas eingeschränkt, da es ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist. Aber hier kann man im Hotal einen Garagenplatz mieten.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Altstadt in der Nähe des Marktplatzes.
Das Frühstück mehr als reichlich mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken.
Zimmer ist modern und sauber, der Badbereich ebenfalls.

"Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming pool and a quite decent fitness room are available as well. Very nice landscape in the surrounding area with plenty of paths to walk dinner off before it gets dark."
