“I didn’t get the room I booked for and the room had bed bugs never again”

“They are remodeling so we couldn’t get to our room and this also made the room very dusty and dirty but the staff were nice and helpful. Ps We had no tv remote. -1 star for that.”

“Facility on the whole a little bit dated. When we got there were AC units sitting in the parking lot. Our room had everything that was described but our room did have an odor of old wood. It was an okay stay, but nothing spectacular.”

“Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns...”

“Wasn’t told about a $50 deposit online, wasn’t told hotel is under some remodeling(construction stuff everywhere), pool not available, the elevator feels completely unsafe, shower sounded like it was gonna come out the wall and very loud, felt really on edge all not with hearing slamming doors and loud noises all night.”

“Great stay. I can tell the owners have been working hard to make improvements. I slept well, my room was clean. Everything worked and the staff was helpful. Areas for improvement would include replacing the current mattresses and maybe to create a space where people can hang out amd lounge outside so they aren’t just sitting around a parking lot.”

“Came to check in and waited for 5 minutes while the front desk lady was hanging out in the back. She was very nice when she came to help. When we were given our key and went to our room, the room we were given was dirty and had not been cleaned for the next guest, so we were given another room. The new room was already occupied and we ended up walking in on someone. When trying to get our 3rd room, she had trouble (I don’t think was entirely her fault here). “Rooms were disgusting. Bedspread, pillows and sheets were discolored n the room smelled horrible as well. Floor and bathroom were not maintained or cleaned hardly ever. It hasn't been maintained in quite awhile. Wouldn't stay here ever again.”
