“Was not happy when we were sleeping at 8 am, a child was talking in the hall, a knock and then our door opened. A cleaning lady was in the hall with a child. They didn't come in because we had the bar lock on.”

“Listing was completely false there is no pool that will ever be operational supposed to be a suite that sleeps 4 but hide a bed had no bedding and when I asked for some all they would give me was 2 very old thin blankets no sheet no pillow both the other beds were stained and dirty there was no toilet paper windows were boarded up on building and was just not what they represented online ”

“I was not impressed with this hotel, there were groups of people gathered outside in the evenings being very loud. No housekeeping, I took out my own trash, toilet broke the first night, maintenance fixed the next day. Two separate buildings, the lobby was in the opposite building as what I was in. I was not told towels had to be exchanged to get new towels until I was already in the lobby asking for clean towels. I left the lobby went into the second building all the way up to the third floor...

“2 Pool was closed all night and that's the reason we came with the kids. When we arrived our refrigerator wasn't working and had to wait in the room for it to be swapped out. Last night we had to wait forever for someone to bring out more plates for the apps and same with breakfast ”

We had called around to what felt like every hotel in St. Louis trying to find two beds, and this was the only place that had availability. We got in shortly after midnight with a 5am flight, and the front desk staff member working that night was genuinely kind and doing his best with a tough situation — people were still showing up after bookings had...
