“This is a wonderful place to stay, close to Orleans and within easy reach of both towns and countryside. The gîte was clean, very well equipped and the owner friendly, welcoming and helpful. The villagers were also friendly and forgiving of our French!! The swimming pool at the gîte was a high spot for us all and we swam every day. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.”

“Fijne week gehad met ons gezin en twee honden. De bedden lagen heerlijk! Ook de stortdouche was super! Het huis was prima, schoon en compleet met veel.privacy.. Wel goed om te weten, is dat éen van de slaapkamers geen deur heeft. Ontvangst en vertrek verliepen soepel door zeer vriendelijke, goed bereikbare eigenaren. “The purpose of our visit was to attend the Django Reinhardt Jazz Festival at Fontainebleau. Fontainebleau is an easy run from Poligny and definitely a place worth exploring. Beautiful countryside and a very relaxed atmosphere. The Gite was comfortable and we enjoyed meals outside in the courtyard under the beautiful ash tree. “Ce gîte pourrait convenir à des personnes peu exigeantes . Il possède deux salles de bains rénovées certes , mais le mobilier ainsi que l’équipement ménager restent vétustes et rudimentaires . Difficile de poser ses valises et de s’y installer …. Bien accueillis par les propriétaires .”
