“Perfect location for the LIRR and subway J specifically. Neighborhood a little rough. The hotel awesome then you walk outside. The city is constantly cleaning unfortunately doesn't stay like that. The staff does amazing for keeping clean the breakfast team they all work so hard. Biggest hiccup 1 elevator was down so we only had 1 elevator the othere for staff it was a very very long wait.”

“On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!”
