“This is a concern -- MAJOR Thank goodness I had the door chain in place because a male guest was given a key to the same room in error. What a crazy scenario it would have been if I was in the middle of getting dressed or showering and some man walked into my room!! The room AC was not turned on when I came into the room temp was 76F. I turned it on and it never cooled down-- it only went up to 79F. Staff was not able to do anything - brought me fan. Room space was decent - newly...

“The rooms in this hotel need to be refurbished...very dated accomodations with old carpet in guest rooms and very old bedspreads on the beds. Being the only hotel in Oyster Bay, it has a captive audience. I realize it would be a major upgrade expence but it is time. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
