Hotel a East Meadow

“The place is beautiful. It’s New York so everything look sketchy lol but I’m in a wheelchair and the entrance needs to be paved a lil better for disable users. Other than that it was beautiful stay and comfortable. Also need a microwave in the room it would definitely set it off. They also need security at the doors so anybody just can’t walk in. “Limited parking first come first serve and you might even get blocked in since no one really cares. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The entire hallway to the room smelled like weed!!! The room felt barely cleaned. Walked with grey socks in the room and they were so dirty within minutes. Loud doors slamming all night long. Screaming and yelling from other rooms and banging on doors. Was woken up several times each night we stayed for hours. Very poorly managed hotel. Great location for...

“La stanza era stupenda! Personale gentile. L'unica cosa negativa era lo scarico del lavandino osturato. L'acqua non passava. A parte questa piccola inconvenienza, il resto era tutto impeccabile”

“The room and bath were very clean. Very nice room with home-like amenities. Had an issue with guests in room above us jumping and making a lot of loud noises. We complained and management took care of it immediately. Complementary breakfast was the usual but nicely done--something for everyone.”

“Very old, breakfast is overcrowded in a limited space, shuttle bus to train station and airport NOT reliable, they ask if you want your room to be maked up daily and if you say yes they anyway do every 3 days. Sunday morning 8.05 in the morning they drill and do maintenance despite of the day and time. Never again.”

“Avrei voluto fare una recensione più che buona dato che la struttura è nuova, la stanza l’abbiamo trovata pulita al nostro arrivo, silenziosa, spaziosa e letto molto comodo con possibilità di appoggiare i bagagli. Oltretutto la colazione è buona e abbastanza varia per tutti i gusti MA devo dire che abbiamo avuto problemi con il personale delle pulizie in quanto per 3 giorni consecutivi non è passato nella nostra stanza nonostante sia stata informata la reception.”
