“stay was good. we arrived late for check-in, which we called to advise and we didn’t think would be an issue because we had reserved the exact room we wanted on the app. however, check-in was at 4 and when we arrived at 5:24, our room wasn’t ready!! we were told it wasn’t cleaned yet. how? when it was AFTER 4? we were switched to a different room w/o being asked if it was ok. and we were lucky to get a room right away ONLY because someone else canceled. so if they didn’t cancel, we would have...
