“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

The goods
The beds were clean and nicely done.
Very nice brick wall in the room.
The bads
There were only two towels, 2 drinking cups and only one keycard, in a room for four.
Asked for 2 more towels while going by the front desk, sure he said, but they never came…
Renovation work looks like is has been done by a bunch of amateurs.
The place sure as seen it’s better days.”

“I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....
