“Great location. Walk to the waterfront park, harbour and downtown Orillia. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I had a small room in the basement. Everything was updated and clean, including the bathroom. The room down there is small, but that was reflected in the great price I received. I was on my own so it worked for me. “Excellent accommodation, only small issue due to nearby road construction and detour”

“-Door was awkard to use(Bathroom doors should swing into the bathroom so they are out of the way) -Coffee and tea was supplied but had nothing to stirring with, i had to use the rooms pen -key/light system is no good,,,if I leave then the other person has no lights Other than that”
