“The hotel was empty yet moved us into a noisy area on main floor vs a quiet floor. Room was not ready, even at 5pm. We should have asked them to move us, but we were in bed, noise stopped after 11 but started again early morning.”

“Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We really enjoyed the amenities and the peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again!!!!”

“The staff were very helpful and polite. It’s a very basic room. The bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room. The kleenex was very cheap..hard on the nose. The room was dated and dinged up somewhat. It was fine for our purpose but not a longer stay.”

“Came for a business conference. Easy check-in with underground parking. Clean room and firm comfy beds. Outdoor pool to chill but many kids and hot tub was under maintenance. Food and services is great at O&B and short walk to village food. Friendly staff. I have a king size bed suite with balcony seeing the hill.”

“Nice view from room. Need to update chairs in room. Add more comfortable chairs and decorate, paint and just make it look more inviting. Paint was new but it needed to be scraped and repainted as it was lifting off. I know this sounds petty but it is such a nice place and just up grading would make a huge difference. Water bottles, things to do in area, just some interesting touches and this would be a five star.”
